When you reach the top, you’ll engage in a battle with 4 Level 66 Sylph Feathers a Level 70 Procella Sylph will be flying around the battleground but you won’t be able to do any damage to it so focus on the enemies in the arena. Defeat them then continue along the path to reach the tower. Make your way about half way through the area to encounter 2 Level 66 Sylph Feathers attacking a person. Target: Make your way to the tower on top of the mountain Obtained: Speak with Baephon at Niez after completing Echoes Rewards: Lucky Cat Statue, 12600 Gald, 35 SP Defeat them then report back to Baephon to complete the quest. Travel to Este Luvah Forest – Fortress Ruins Basement 2F to find 2 Level 43 Ruthlesses.
